Hot Black Lava 4oz Jar
Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year
Pros: The taste is beyond words! When visiting Waikiki this past year I noticed this in a shop. Curious, and not a salt user, I was intrigued by the name. On my return home, I placed the glass jar on my kitchen counter and when grilling Peruvian asparagus I opened the jar and gently sprinkled this Hawaiian Hot Black Lava. Oh my goodness! The taste was exquisite! Then I tried it in my angus beef tenderloin, organic tomatoes, shrimp, organic chicken, corn and organic roasted onions... it is delicious on all of these foods! It imparts such a delicious enhancement. I now use it while grilling, baking or roasting foods.
